Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or product information, where we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, or where the order appears to be placed by a reseller or distributor. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, discounts and product availability may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Promotional offers are valid only while stated, cannot be combined unless specified, and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, and you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes.
6. Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Processing and delivery times, delays outside our control, lost packages and customs charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, including its eligibility and proof-of-use requirements, our return process and our 1-year limited warranty are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Use of the Website
You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; interfere with or disrupt its security or operation; upload viruses or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems; scrape, copy or collect content or data from the website by automated means; impersonate any person; or submit false orders, reviews, return requests or claims.
